About the Role
We are looking for a highly commercial Country Sales Manager to lead and grow our Bali business.
This is not a back-office management role. You will be on the showroom floor, actively selling, engaging customers, and driving performance. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent in direct sales, setting the standard for the team.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership and Execution
Take ownership of 70% of showroom sales activityLead by example through active selling and customer engagementDrive conversion, upselling, and customer experienceEnsure strong follow-up, pipeline management, and sales discipline
Commercial Awareness and Opportunity Identification
Identify potential B2B opportunities from showroom interactionsSpot marketing and partnership opportunities from customer insightsPass high-value leads to the relevant teams and follow throughAct as the commercial eyes and ears of the business on the ground
Business Growth
Drive revenue across showroom, e-commerce, and B2B channelsBuild relationships with villas, hotels, and designers in BaliSupport local growth initiatives and partnerships
Team Leadership
Lead and coach the sales team through exampleSet clear expectations, KPIs, and performance standardsBuild a strong, motivated, and accountable team culture
Execution Excellence
Ensure smooth daily showroom operationsMaintain high standards in customer experience and brand presentationWork closely with marketing and operations to drive results
Working Structure
Based in Bali showroomRequired to work 1 weekend day per weekAvailable during peak periods and public holidays when needed
