    About the Role
    We are looking for a highly commercial Country Sales Manager to lead and grow our Bali business.
    This is not a back-office management role. You will be on the showroom floor, actively selling, engaging customers, and driving performance. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent in direct sales, setting the standard for the team.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales Leadership and Execution
    Take ownership of 70% of showroom sales activityLead by example through active selling and customer engagementDrive conversion, upselling, and customer experienceEnsure strong follow-up, pipeline management, and sales discipline
    Commercial Awareness and Opportunity Identification
    Identify potential B2B opportunities from showroom interactionsSpot marketing and partnership opportunities from customer insightsPass high-value leads to the relevant teams and follow throughAct as the commercial eyes and ears of the business on the ground
    Business Growth
    Drive revenue across showroom, e-commerce, and B2B channelsBuild relationships with villas, hotels, and designers in BaliSupport local growth initiatives and partnerships
    Team Leadership
    Lead and coach the sales team through exampleSet clear expectations, KPIs, and performance standardsBuild a strong, motivated, and accountable team culture
    Execution Excellence
    Ensure smooth daily showroom operationsMaintain high standards in customer experience and brand presentationWork closely with marketing and operations to drive results
    Working Structure
    Based in Bali showroomRequired to work 1 weekend day per weekAvailable during peak periods and public holidays when needed

    About the Role
    We are looking for a Systems & Automation Executive who can help us build and improve the way our business runs.
    This is not a traditional IT support role. You will work across systems, automation, and digital projects that directly impact sales, operations, and customer experience. You will take ownership of projects, improve workflows, and help reduce manual work across the company.

    What You’ll Work On
    You will be responsible for improving and connecting key parts of the business:
    Odoo and Shopify integrationInventory and warehouse systemsCustomer funnels and automated triggersAbandoned cart and follow-up flowsCustomer segmentationMarketing dashboards and reportingWebsite optimisation and performance trackingAI chatbot and WhatsApp automation

    Key Responsibilities
    Systems and Integration
    Manage and improve Odoo, Shopify, and related systemsEnsure data and workflows flow correctly across platformsIdentify gaps and inefficiencies and solve them
    Automation and AI
    Build automation flows to reduce manual workImprove customer communication through automationImplement AI tools such as chatbots and smart replies
    Project Ownership
    Take ownership of systems-related projects from start to finishWork with external developers or execute independentlyDeliver projects on time with clear outcomes
    Website and Performance
    Improve website performance and conversionImplement tools such as heat mapping and behaviour trackingSupport ongoing optimisation and testing

    Data and Reporting
    Build dashboards and improve visibility of performanceSupport decision-making with clear data insights
    What We’re Looking For
    Someone who enjoys solving problems and improving systemsHands-on and execution-drivenStructured and detail-orientedCurious about automation and AIAble to connect business needs with technical solutions
    Requirements
    2 to 5 years experience in systems, IT, e-commerce, or automation rolesExperience with platforms such as Shopify, Odoo, or similarBasic understanding of APIs and integrationsComfortable working across different teams
    Nice to Have
    Experience with chatbot or AI toolsExperience with WhatsApp automationBasic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Experience in retail or e-commerce environments
