The successful person will work exclusively on residential design & build projects.
EducationYou must have a BSc in Interior Design, Bachelor of Architecture or similar, with one-two years’ post-graduate experience.

SkillsSelf-motivated who can work efficiently and in an organised mannerCreate and develop conceptual designs including the ability to use color and textureUnderstanding of FF&E selection (materials, finishes, detailing and scheduling)Receptive to constructive feedback and critique of your workVisualise concepts and confidently explain them to othersExceptional attention to detail
ResponsibilitiesAssist the Creative Director with initial concept presentations, including sourcing imagery, 3D modeling and renderingProduce schematic design presentations through imagery, materials, FF&E and color elevationsProduce CAD drawingsInvolved in multiple projects at one time
