  • Sales Retail Analyst  

    - North Jakarta

    Responsibilities:Achieve total sales and MH sell-out targets within the Semi Modern (SM) channel.Monitor sell-out performance at the store level, identify issues, and coordinate with relevant departments to optimize sell-out results.Manage and supervise field forces in assigned areas, including SM sales personnel and promoters, and oversee their KPI performance.Support Head Office Store Management in tracking and managing SM assets such as product displays, booths, POSM distribution, and signage.Develop ideas and recommendations for sell-out promotional programs within the SM channel.Execute, monitor, and report on dealer sponsorship and activity programs in the SM channel.Track competitors’ sell-out activities in SM stores and provide insights, key findings, and countermeasures.Coordinate daily with the SM Head and SM Assistant Manager (Sell-In) to ensure alignment between sell-in and sell-out activities.Design and maintain an effective reporting system by period, channel/store, and promoter.Conduct regular store visits and market surveys to gather insights and monitor execution.Organize and conduct branch-level training with support from the Head Office training team.Manage approval processes for exhibition plans.
    Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area.3 years as Sales / Retail Specialist.Excellent in English both written and speaking professionally.Excellent in Microsoft Office and other related apps.Excellent sales management & relationship buildingHave good leadership and people management skills.Have good analytical thinking, market and competitor analysis.Meticulous and attention to details.Manager level of reporting ability.Retail Management knowledge.Willing to travel.Vaccinated Covid 19.

  • Responsibilities :1. Responsible to create effective product policy, achieving sell-in & retail sales targets of assigned channel and stores2. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences/ Build and maintain strong relationships with channel owner3. Create, promote and ensure the implementation of retail activities in assigned channel and sotres4. Achieve the target of increasing brand share in assigned modern channel and stores to expand new potential stores within the channel5. Manage PSI, inventory, clear over aging and discontinued models and improve SKU efficiency6. Manage dedicated promoters and increase productivity.

  • ResponsibilitiesDevelops both short and long term product strategies, prepares sales budgets, and conducts related analyses.Reviews product specifications and requirements to recommend the scope and direction of current and future product lines.Evaluates market competition by comparing company products with competitors, monitoring market trends, and updating and analyzing GfK data.Identifies customer needs by defining necessary market research.Drives new product launches by analyzing product requirements, assessing development programs, preparing ROI analyses, and coordinating timelines with manufacturing.Supports successful product introductions through integrated plans across sales, advertising, and production.Sets product pricing based on market research, production and sales costs, volume forecasts, and special or customized order costing, including FOB price management.Manages PSI by optimizing inventory turnover and product availability through inventory and production schedule adjustments.Creates anticipatory plans aligned with sales conditions and coordinates with the sales team to maintain performance.Design, executed, and manages marketing programs, including both sell-in and sell-out activities.Reviews and ensures compliance with government regulations.Fulfills operational requirements by scheduling tasks, staff, and monitoring outcomes.Supports employee performance through coaching, discipline, planning, monitoring, and evaluation.Contributes to overall team success by performing related duties as needed.
    QualificationsCandidate must be possess a Bachelor's Degree in any major.At least 5 Year(s) of working experience preferably in marketing/product planning and related function(s).Have a good knowledge about AC/Washing Machine/Refrigerant/TV/etc.Knowing how and what factors can affect perception of products especially in consumer goods.Fluency in English, Plus point if fluent in Mandarin.Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word).Presentable, articulate, and excellent communication skill.Good negotiation, detailed oriented & numbers friendly.Good knowledge in product management, store management, retail, product policy, and PSI.Good knowledge for budgeting and product pricing.Must know how and what factors can affect perception product especially in home appliances electronics company.Love and enjoy all things about the product planning.
