  • Sales Executive Retail

    Be responsible to presenting for Hafele and promoting the assigned product ranges, assigned sales channels (distributor, dealer & traditional market). Present and consult our values, solutions by the product ranges and win the deal.
    Day to Day Responsibilities: Develop monthly/quarterly/yearly sales strategy to penetrate to the assigned sales-channel in the assigned territories to ensure attainment of the sales team’s goals and profitabilityCultivate, develop and manage assigned-channel customers in assigned territories. Constructively hand over full information of non-assigned customers to other sales rep or/and other sales channelsBuild a strong relationship with all related parties. Deeply understand the customers’ demands as well as the technical/commercial needs and present our respective products accordinglyGenerate technical & commercial support where needed. Secure the potential opportunities and negotiate the contracts or/and sales ordersAssist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.     Job Requirements:Experienced in Retail building materials for at least 2 years with strong sales backgroundSolid experience in architectural hardware, furniture fitting, home appliances, sanitary or related fields is a plusHaving good networks with the decision-makers of carpenter contractors, furniture manufacturers, interior material dealersDynamic, aggressive and enterprising personality with ability to thrive under pressure.Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD

  • Sales Project for Home Appliances  

    - Kota Tangerang Selatan

    To drive Häfele’s Home Appliances business growth through strategic project-based sales across Indonesia. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key decision makers, such as developers, contractors, consultants, and property owners, to secure buy-out projects and ensure Häfele products are specified and installed according to project requirements and brand standards.
    Day to day responsibilities:Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and new project opportunities within the home appliances segment Present and promote home appliance products and solutions to potential clients according to project specifications and needs Build a strong relationship with all related parties. Deeply understand about the customers’ demands as well as the technical/commercial needs and present our respective products accordingly Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction • Liaise with the related departments (Supply chain, Product Management, Specifier, Finance, Marketing, Sales Admin) to get support on all technical and get the optimum supports for the customers List out and report on defining potential customers (including market info, progress, problems, solutions and results) to direct superior
    Your qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plusWork experience of at least 2 years in project-based B2B sales, preferably within Home Appliances, Building Materials, or Interior/Construction industries.Proven track record in handling national coverage and closing key project deals. Willing to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits across Indonesia.
