  • Influence Marketing Executive

    Responsibilities :Support end-to-end KOL/Influencer campaigns, from briefing and sourcing to execution and reporting.Assist in KOL sourcing and listing for campaign proposals based on objectives, target audience, and platform.Help prepare proposal materials and campaign decks, including basic KOL justification, performance metrics, and budget tiering.Coordinate internal and KOL briefings, storyline alignment, and content review processes.Monitor posting schedules, deliverables, and timelines, and assist in issue handling during campaign execution.Maintain daily communication with KOLs, Account team, and internal stakeholders.Update campaign trackers, WIP sheets, KOL databases, and reporting documents.Collect campaign and KOL insights to support interim and final reports.Build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs.
    Qualifications :Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital media, and social media trends.Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and how influencers operate on each.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactive, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).Previous internship experience in marketing or influencer-related roles is a plusAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.Bonus point: experience working on PC, laptop, gadget, or gaming campaigns.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion. By having a knowledge of emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able create cross-channel deliverables to clients that meet their needs.
    Responsibilities1. Lead and oversee the design team in developing creative concepts and visual executions for campaigns across digital, social and offline platforms.2. Work closely with the social media team to ensure creative executions are platform-native and aligned with content strategies.3. Collaborate with production teams, including videographers, editors, and external vendors, to ensure smooth and accurate execution of creative ideas.4. Partner with the creative team to align visual direction with overall campaign concepts and storytelling.5. Translate brand strategies, insights, and briefs into clear visual directions and design approaches.6. Direct the execution of creative assets including social content, campaign key visuals, and marketplace materials.7. Conduct creative reviews, provide constructive feedback, and guide the design team to elevate overall creative quality.8. Mentor and support graphic designers, junior art directors, and illustrators to enhance team capability and performance.9. Ensure all visual outputs meet high standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment.10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration.
    Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.2. Proven experience in art direction, visual design, or leading design teams within agency or digital environments.3. Experience working in a 360 advertising agency environment is a plus.4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content, and platform-native execution.5. Ability to collaborate effectively with social media, production, and creative teams.6. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.7. High attention to detail, strong visual judgment, and quality control mindset.8. Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment, including visual pacing, hook formats, and call-to-actions.
