    As a People Partner Jr. Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and executing human resource management activities and general service functions within the assigned operational areas. This role ensures that all HR processes are implemented in compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
    Key responsibilities:Executing recruitment and workforce fulfillment processes.Managing and maintaining employee administration and documentation.Supporting employee development initiatives in the assigned areas.Ensuring HR policy implementation aligns with labor laws and company regulations.Handling General Service functions to support daily operations.Covering operational areas in South Kalimantan and South Sulawesi.
    Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree (any related major).Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, maximum 1 year experience in HRGA is a plus.Strong interest in Human Resources and General Affairs.Good communication and administrative skills.Able to work independently as well as in a team.

    Job Desc:• Assist the Project Leader in planning and executing audit assignments as outlined in the Internal Audit plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.• Utilize audit methodologies and techniques to conduct effective audits, including data analysis, risk assessment, and testing of internal controls.• Follow up on audit recommendations to verify the implementation of corrective actions and improvements.• Review business processes and operations to identify control gaps, risk exposures, and opportunities for improvement.• Prepare preliminary audit reports and summaries for Project Leader review, ensuring accuracy and clarity of findings.
    Job Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Food Technology, Engineering & Statistic.• Minimal 2 years of experience in Auditing & Fraud Examiner.• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.• Have a strong analytical skills.• Strong knowledge of audit techniques, data analysis, and risk assessment principles.

  • Risk Management Business Partner

    Main Responsibilities:Identify, analyze, assess and map potential risks that exist in the business unit.Identify and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls in business processes.Create control designs that can mitigate risks in business processes.Communicate the results of risk mapping to each risk owner.Evaluate risks and controls on an ongoing basis.Create reports regarding the results of evaluation of existing risks and controls.Ensure all risks and controls have been documented in the risk register.Building a risk management culture for risk owners through the Risk Control Self Assessment program.Participate in the preparation of materials and resources needed for the implementation of the Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) workshop.Provide basic training to risk owners regarding risk management.Requirements :Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Financial ManagementMinimum 3-5 years of experience in Risk Management/Internal Control Jr ManagerCandidate with CRMO / CRMP is preferable.Strong analytical and planning skills.Good communication and presentation skills.Excellent problem solving skills.
