1. Analyze cost business landscapes in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, including customer pain points, product value, and business opportunities.2. Develop high-quality cost business materials for external marketing, customer presentations, and internal enablement.3. Act as the business interface between product lines, regional branches, and sales/service teams.4. Collect and structure cost business requirements from mature markets, establish a closed-loop demand management process, and drive key requirements into product delivery.5. Support and coordinate product release validation, including internal teams and selected external customers.6. Empower regional sales and CS with cost business knowledge, product scenarios, and best practices.7. Ensure cost business product roadmap is delivered on time and with expected quality.
Job Requirements:1. Strong understanding of construction cost management / QTO workflows.2. Proven experience translating business needs into product or solution requirements.3. Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.4. Ability to work cross-functionally with product, R&D, sales, and CS teams.5. Structured, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.Background & Experience:1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.3. 5 years and above of experience in construction cost consulting, contractor commercial roles, or construction software/product companies (cost management base).4. Experience in Indonesia markets preferred.5. Familiarity with BIM-based costing or digital QTO solutions is a plus.6. Fluent in English and Chinese preferred.
