QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related industry, or relevant industry experience preferred.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Less than 1-year experience.Good understanding of workflows, processes, and requirements in the construction industry. A strong interest and understanding of BIM will be an added advantage.Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.Attentive and understanding of customer’s needs; determined to meet customer’s expectation.Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality. Strong willingness to learn.Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.Strong work ethic: Team oriented, independent, fast learner, highly energetic, and results-oriented.Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills including listening, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Literacy in other languages will be added advantage (Malay & Mandarin).Possess own transport and valid D/DA driving license.Willing to travel independently.

  • Job Responsibilities:Conduct market insight analysis and client business research in Indonesia, participate in competitor benchmarking and local industry studies, accurately identify new business opportunities, and formulate targeted strategies to enhance product competitiveness.Lead benchmark establishment and application improvement initiatives for market promotion of Glodon software solutions in Indonesia.Collaborate with the Product Department and Indonesia sales teams to communicate local market demands and industry insights, assist in optimizing product features and service solutions, and support efficient regional business growth.Extract, structure, and continuously update content for the AI knowledge base using original Bill of Quantities (BQ) documents, ensuring its professionalism, accuracy, and practical utility.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying, with in-depth involvement in the Indonesian construction industry. Must be proficient in the full spectrum of local QS practices and possess solid professional expertise and extensive project experience.Full professional proficiency in Chinese, English, and Indonesian, with excellent multilingual communication and writing skills. Capable of effectively navigating cross-linguistic and cross-cultural business environments.Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities. Meticulous, proactive, and rigorous working style, coupled with keen market acumen and proven problem-solving skills.

  • 1. Analyze cost business landscapes in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, including customer pain points, product value, and business opportunities.2. Develop high-quality cost business materials for external marketing, customer presentations, and internal enablement.3. Act as the business interface between product lines, regional branches, and sales/service teams.4. Collect and structure cost business requirements from mature markets, establish a closed-loop demand management process, and drive key requirements into product delivery.5. Support and coordinate product release validation, including internal teams and selected external customers.6. Empower regional sales and CS with cost business knowledge, product scenarios, and best practices.7. Ensure cost business product roadmap is delivered on time and with expected quality.
    Job Requirements:1. Strong understanding of construction cost management / QTO workflows.2. Proven experience translating business needs into product or solution requirements.3. Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.4. Ability to work cross-functionally with product, R&D, sales, and CS teams.5. Structured, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.Background & Experience:1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.3. 5 years and above of experience in construction cost consulting, contractor commercial roles, or construction software/product companies (cost management base).4. Experience in Indonesia markets preferred.5. Familiarity with BIM-based costing or digital QTO solutions is a plus.6. Fluent in English and Chinese preferred.

  • Customer Success Consultant(Quantity Surveying)

    1. Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written.2. Excellent interpersonal skill and presentation skill.3. Minimum 2-years experience in Cost Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering, or construction4. Technical ability in understanding structural, architectural drawings or MEP drawings, specification, standard detail, and measurement rules in typical buildings in Indonesia.5. Able to do cost estimation for construction projects.6. Familiar with AutoCAD and able to operate other 3D modelling software (Revit/ETABS/Tekla/SAP/Sketchup etc.)
