Responsibilities:
Supervises daily manufacturing operations and leads production teams to achieve output, efficiency, and performance targets in line with world-class food manufacturing standards.Ensures operational excellence in Food Safety, Hygiene, GMP, and Quality through strong oversight, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.Drives TPM, Kaizen, OEE, and standardized work practices, while building capability and maintaining collaboration across Production, Engineering, and Quality to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Science, Engineering or related fieldsMinimum 5 years’ experience in Food Manufacturing (MNC preferred)Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and people-development skillsExperience in TPM, Lean/Kaizen, OEE, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000Able to use SAP or similar systemsProficiency in English is requiredProficiency in MS OfficeProactive, independent, and strong ownership mindsetWilling to work in shifting schedule
