Role Description:Helping track where each hospital stands in the onboarding process across multiple countries in Southeast Asia.Preparing materials, organizing referral lists, and ensuring each meeting or partner session has clear notes and follow-ups.Supporting the preparation of workshops, hospital visits, and launching events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up action items.Helping compile simple updates on operational progress, partner discussions, and outcomes from recent activities for internal alignment.

As we scale into our next growth phase, we’re seeking a Head / Director of Performance Marketing, a strategic yet hands-on leader who can own the full funnel, drive go-to-market strategies, and build a high-performing growth engine from the ground up.
You’ll lead our performance marketing team to deliver measurable impact from acquisition and conversion to retention while experimenting, optimizing, and scaling what works.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead and grow a team of performance marketers across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, e-commerce, and other relevant platforms.Own and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention across web and mobile.Manage end-to-end campaign execution (including planning, budgeting, creative direction, A/B testing, optimization, and reporting) to deliver measurable results.Continuously analyse performance data to implement conversion strategies, improve ROI, and maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).Streamline workflows, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders, delivering performance insights, growth plans, and proactive recommendations.Stay ahead of trends in media buying, competitor activity, and new tools to inform campaign innovation and strategy.Proactively present fresh ideas, solve challenges, and push for continuous improvement in both strategy and execution.
Who we’re looking for:
10+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with proven success in managing large-scale campaigns and leading teams.Proven track record in leading full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels.Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, pixel setup, tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Proven track record in managing marketing budgets and delivering high ROI results.Experience in building and scaling internal processes, workflows, and campaign management systems.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and coach a growing team.Strong strategic thinking and analytical mindset; comfortable translating data into actionable insights.Strong in English, both oral and written.Must be able to work from our office in Setiabudi, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (Fully-WFO).

What You’ll Do
As a Freelance Video Editor at GetFound, you’ll work on project based in create high-performing video content for paid ads and social media, supporting international campaigns and our top clients with visuals that look premium, tell clear stories, and drive results.
Your scope included:Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and ads) with strong pacing, sound design, music, subtitles, basic color correction, and clean transitions.Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to understand briefs, target audiences, and turn scripts/ideas into engaging visual storytelling.Stay updated with editing trends, hooks, pacing, and motion design to improve content performance.
Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience as a video editor (agency experience is a plus).Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Final Cut Pro is acceptable; Adobe workflow preferred).Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail (audio levels, subtitles timing, smooth cuts).
A Plus if you have:Motion design skills (After Effects / Motion / basic animation).Experience editing performance creatives for paid ads (Meta/TikTok/YouTube).Familiarity with AI creative tools for ideation and production workflows, such as: Midjourney, Kling, OpenArt, and Google Veo.
