    Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the Field Entry Permit (FEP) workflow in share point and POB Application software to be used as part of access control system.Fix any hardware or software glitches quickly using basic programming logic to keep the system running smoothly.Conduct regular inspections at sites to validate system integrity and audit access logs for any anomalies or unauthorized entries.Manage data and reports to track access trends and ensure security effectiveness.
    Qualifications:Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in security systems or access control operations, preferably in high-risk or remote industries.Willingness to travel frequently to various onsite project locations.Expertise in planning, coordinating, and implementing Access Control and Field Entry Permit (FEP) systems.Proficient in Google Workspace/Windows environment, with strong data management skills.Basic understanding of programming logic and API integration for system troubleshooting.Strong commitment to HSE principles to support Zero LTI and Zero Fatality goals is a Plus PointPrepared for placement in West Papua.

    Responsibilities:Proactively monitor CCTV feeds and security sensors to detect and prevent potential threats before they escalate.Act as the primary command hub, providing clear and rapid instructions to field personnel via radio or communication systems.Lead the coordination of emergency protocols whenever an alarm or incident is detected, ensuring swift and decisive action.Transform access, alarm, and CCTV logs into clear reports o help management identify security trends.Regularly check all control room equipment (VMS, alarms, and networks) to ensure 100% operational readiness and report any technical glitches immediately.
    Qualifications:Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).Have 3 - 4 Years experience in a Command Center, SOC, or Control Room environment (preferably in security services), Have a Certificate is a Plus PoinProficient in operating VMS (Video Management System), Alarm Monitoring Systems, and GPS tracking tools.Excellent verbal communication skills to give clear instructions over the radio and handle high-pressure situations calmly.High level of integrity with the ability to maintain focus during long monitoring shifts.Willing to work on a roster basis.
