You will:Develop & implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic & revenue growthIdentify & onboard new affiliatesManage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with tools and resources to succeedMonitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investmentTrack and analyze key metrics, such as sales conversions, traffic, and click-through ratesCollaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop affiliate-specific content and promotionsStay updated on beauty trends and competitor activities to ensure our affiliate strategies are competitive and aligned with industry standardsPrepare regular reports to track the success of affiliate campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements

You Will:Product Development: Support the end-to-end development of skincare, body care, and wellness products, from concept ideation, benchmarking, formulation review, sample evaluation, and testing through to launch.Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and support continuous product improvement and reformulation initiatives.Product Evaluation & Formulation Support: Review product samples and provide feedback on texture, sensorial experience, fragrance, performance, claims, and overall user experience. Understand and evaluate basic cosmetic formulations and ingredient functionality.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with formulators, manufacturers, suppliers, marketing, creative, and regulatory teams to ensure product quality, readiness, and timely launches.Product Documentation & Coordination: Prepare product briefs, benchmark documents, timelines, and development updates. Manage product samples, revisions, and development documentation throughout the product lifecycle.Product Innovation & Optimization: Monitor product performance, consumer feedback, and market trends to support innovation, reformulation, and product optimization opportunities.Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Support product development processes to ensure products align with internal quality standards and BPOM regulations.Product Launch Support: Assist in launch preparation including product decks, product knowledge materials, product copy, and internal coordination across teams.
You Are:Background in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field1–2 years of experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, or related product development industryFamiliar with cosmetic ingredients and raw material trendsAble to read INCI lists and understand basic formulation logicStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailPassionate about beauty and wellnessExperience coordinating with OEM/manufacturing partners is a plusUnderstanding of BPOM cosmetic regulations is a plus

You will:Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards.Conduct video shoots for products, campaigns, and lifestyle content with a cinematic style aligned with the brand’s direction.Set up lighting, framing, and visual composition that reflect the brand’s tone and aesthetics.Perform color grading, sound design, and video finishing to ensure high-quality final outputs.Manage the editing process from rough cut to final cut (social media format, ads, and campaign videos).Work closely with the creative team, talents, and photographers throughout the production process.Coordinate production timelines with the producer to ensure on-time project delivery.
You are:Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and editing (experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus).Proficient in cinematic shooting techniques, lighting setups, and visual storytelling.Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.Strong color grading skills.Understands the full production workflow: pre-production → production → post-production.Able to work collaboratively while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.Creative, with a strong sense of beauty and modern-minimalist visual style.A video portfolio is required (product, campaign, or cinematic content).Additional skills in motion graphics and text animation are highly preferred.
Content Creator Intern — For Skin’s SakeThis is a paid internship based on-site in West Jakarta.Open to students and fresh grads. Duration: 6 months.
We’re looking for a digitally native, skincare-curious content creator who knows what grabs attention — and what keeps it. You’ll help us bring For Skin’s Sake to life across social media, working closely with our marketing and creative team to tell better stories, show our process, and build a closer connection with our audience.This role is perfect for someone who lives on Instagram and TikTok, has a sharp eye for aesthetics, and isn’t afraid to shoot, experiment, and learn fast.
You will:Assist in planning and creating content for Instagram and TikTok — including behind-the-scenes, skincare education, campaign assets, and trend-driven content.Participate in content shoots — either behind the camera or occasionally in front of it.Help manage our content calendar and brainstorm new content ideas that feel fresh and aligned with the brand.Collaborate with the team on copywriting, reels editing, and day-to-day execution.Keep an eye on beauty + content trends and help us adapt them with intention and style.
You are:Passionate about skincare, beauty, or storytelling — and excited to build your voice in this space.Comfortable creating content with your phone — shooting, editing, and posting on social.Aesthetic-savvy with a strong grasp of what looks and feels good.Open to feedback and eager to learn in a fast-paced, lean brand environment.Bonus: experience with CapCut, Lightroom, or Canva.
