Role OverviewAs a Senior Community Lead, your main responsibility is to support community leaders (hosts) to grow their communities — from early-stage activity to strong, engaged, and monetized (VIP) communities.You will act as a mentor, strategist, and operator, ensuring each community moves forward consistently.
Key Responsibilities• Support community leaders in growing their micro-communities • Guide leaders to run consistent events, lounges, and engagement activities • Help leaders convert users into active paid members • Identify issues (inactive, stuck, low conversion) and provide clear action plans • Conduct 1-on-1 mentoring sessions to improve leader performance • Track performance (activity, engagement, paid member growth) and ensure progress • Collaborate with internal teams to improve community systems and playbooks
What We’re Looking For• Experience in community building, coaching, or team leadership • Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written) • Ability to diagnose problems and give clear, actionable guidance • Comfortable working with data, performance tracking, and targets • Proactive, structured, and result-oriented • Passion for helping others grow
Bonus Points• Experience in online communities / edtech / coaching • Experience mentoring or managing multiple people • Familiar with engagement funnels (activity → retention → conversion)
