    What You'll Do:Ensure engineers have clarity on their career and growth, provide appropriate mentorship and coaching for their career growthMonitor and maintain team productivity.   • About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development professional to drive and scale our international transfer and remittance partnerships. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding Flip’s cross-border payment ecosystem by building strategic partnerships beyond traditional banks, working with fintechs, payment networks, remittance aggregators, telcos, and global platforms.
    What you'll do:Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy focused on international transfer/remittance corridors, targeting a diverse range of partners beyond traditional banks (e.g., fintechs, payment networks, remittance aggregators, telcos, global platforms, and ecosystem players).Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities by analyzing cross-border payment trends, corridor dynamics (inbound/outbound), competitor movements, and evolving regulatory requirements across key markets.Serve as the primary contact for key existing partners.Monitor partnership performance against agreed KPIs and objectives.Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand the scope of existing partnerships (e.g., upselling, cross-selling, new initiatives).

    We are looking for a Data Engineer at Flip. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and core datasets to support data discovery and insights generation. In this role, you will partner closely with data stakeholders to enhance reliability, performance, and extensibility of the data platform, ensuring it meets both current requirements and anticipated future use cases.

    What You'll DoBuild and maintain batch data pipelines for ingestion into BigQuery from multiple sourcesSupport the creation of MVP data transformations and analytics datasetsSchedule and automate reporting pipelines using orchestration toolsCollaborate with data analysts to enable reporting and dashboardsEnsure data quality, documentation, and reproducibility of workflows
    What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineeringSolid SQL and Python skills for ETL/ELT workflows and be able to implement it on production-readyExperience and knowledge of good practices with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Athena, etc)Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, Argo, dbt) to deliver SLA driven pipeline designComfortable working in Git-based workflows and supporting CI/CD processesFamiliarity with Terraform is a plusExperience with building a data warehouse is a plusExperience working with variety of stakeholders outside Data team is a plusExperience with data quality/governance best practices is a plus
