    FINNS Beach Club is seeking a seasoned Bali-based Sales Manager to drive revenue through high-value bookings. This is a pure sales role. Your mission is to dominate the local MICE and GIT markets. You are not responsible for marketing strategy, P&L management, or event execution. Your success is measured solely by signed contracts and deposits cleared.

    ResponsibilitiesTarget and close Group Incentive Travel (GIT), private event space buy-outs, and large-scale group bookings.Convert high-intent leads into confirmed revenue with speed and precision.Manage and mentor a team of on-ground Sales Executives, providing the "closing power" needed to finalize their pipelines.Leverage your existing professional relationships with Bali-based MICE planners, luxury travel agents, and corporate fixers.Lead high-impact, VIP site tours to secure large-scale venue commitments.
    Qualifications5+ years in high-end Bali hospitality/venue sales.Proven track record of managing group sales over IDR 1B+ monthly.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Other languages are plus.Deep network within the MICE and Wedding Planner communities.Open to all nationalities, with preference residing in Bali or Indonesia and possessing strong local market knowledge and networks.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be the primary architect of safety culture across our diverse portfolio of world-class venues.This isn’t just about compliance; it’s about ensuring that thousands of guests and staff daily experience the gold standard of safety in one of the world’s most iconic hospitality environments.

    ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roadmap that aligns with both Indonesian Law and international hospitality standards.Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for government bodies (Disnaker) and ensure all licenses, permits, and certifications are up to date.Risk Mitigation: Conduct rigorous risk assessments across beach clubs, fitness centers, and office spaces, implementing proactive controls to prevent incidents.Incident Management: Lead investigations into any workplace accidents, providing detailed "root cause" analysis and corrective action plans directly to the COO.Culture Building: Drive a "Safety First" mindset across the organization through training, SMT-level reporting, and transparent safety KPIs.Emergency Response: Design and oversee large-scale evacuation drills and crisis management protocols tailored to high-volume guest environments.
    QualificationsValid Ahli K3 Umum or Ahli K3 Spesialis certification (Kemnaker) with active SKP (Surat Keputusan Penunjukan) and SMK3 Internal Auditor Certification.Minimum 8+ years of HSE experience, including 3+ years at Senior Management level, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or large-scale retail environments.Capable of communicating in English and Bahasa Indonesia for professional reporting and coordinationAbility to identify workplace hazards (physical, chemical, ergonomic) and conduct HAZID & HIRARC risk assessments.Experience leading internal safety audits, preparing for government inspections, and managing P2K3 reporting and safety committee compliance.Experience developing Emergency Response Plans (ERP) for large-scale events (2,000+ people) and managing contractor/vendor safety during operations and events.Understanding of Food Safety and HACCP standards, and experience overseeing fire safety teams and first aid teams.Adaptable in fast-paced environments, able to manage both daily operations and large events, with strong presence and credibility when working with department heads and leadership teams.
