ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roadmap that aligns with both Indonesian Law and international hospitality standards.Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for government bodies (Disnaker) and ensure all licenses, permits, and certifications are up to date.Risk Mitigation: Conduct rigorous risk assessments across beach clubs, fitness centers, and office spaces, implementing proactive controls to prevent incidents.Incident Management: Lead investigations into any workplace accidents, providing detailed "root cause" analysis and corrective action plans directly to the COO.Culture Building: Drive a "Safety First" mindset across the organization through training, SMT-level reporting, and transparent safety KPIs.Emergency Response: Design and oversee large-scale evacuation drills and crisis management protocols tailored to high-volume guest environments.
QualificationsValid Ahli K3 Umum or Ahli K3 Spesialis certification (Kemnaker) with active SKP (Surat Keputusan Penunjukan) and SMK3 Internal Auditor Certification.Minimum 8+ years of HSE experience, including 3+ years at Senior Management level, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or large-scale retail environments.Capable of communicating in English and Bahasa Indonesia for professional reporting and coordinationAbility to identify workplace hazards (physical, chemical, ergonomic) and conduct HAZID & HIRARC risk assessments.Experience leading internal safety audits, preparing for government inspections, and managing P2K3 reporting and safety committee compliance.Experience developing Emergency Response Plans (ERP) for large-scale events (2,000+ people) and managing contractor/vendor safety during operations and events.Understanding of Food Safety and HACCP standards, and experience overseeing fire safety teams and first aid teams.Adaptable in fast-paced environments, able to manage both daily operations and large events, with strong presence and credibility when working with department heads and leadership teams.
