  • Operations Manager

    The main role is to provide strong leadership for Production and Engineering (Operation Function), manage and control production process, maintenance engineering & quality result to meet customers’ expectation of product delivery, quality management, cost and inventory control as well as optimizing Manufacturing resources to reach excellent standards of operations and best practice collaboration.
    About the Role1. Ensure that the implementation of the work performance of the Operation Function is in accordance with the expected work plan so that it can produce the desired product.Checking the implementation of the duties of the Production, Technical Training, Process Engineer and Maintenance/Project Sections to achieve the expected performance targets.Take the necessary action if there is a deviation from the expected work standard.2. Responsible for developing employee work performance so that they can work more effectively and efficiently.Coordinating work development programs in the operation function through training and good communication with employees.Make work improvement plans and monitor operational implementation in shifts.Coordinating the Manufacturing Improvement Program through training and good communication with employees.3. Ensuring that all existing machinery, labor and materials have been managed effectively and efficiently to increase customer satisfaction and take the necessary actions if consumer satisfaction begins to decline.4. Responsible for properly using and maintaining all company assets involved in the production process: Control and review the use of machines that operate in production and utility equipment5. Ensuring the efficient use of production materials and the use of work equipment.6. Guarantee that the use of electricity has been carried out efficiently and control the cost of its maintenance.7. Ensure that all operational procedures at the site has been well implemented to achieve work safety, quality and environmental standards in accordance with Management System.
    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 7 years of experiences leading manufacturing operations. Having experiences from tobacco Industries will be advantage2. Strong command of English, both spoken and written.3. Solid understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC).4. Proven experience or involvement in Operation Excellence programs, such as IWS (Integrated Work System), or other manufacturing/production systems utilized by multinational companies (MNCs)5. Skilled in identifying workplace hazards and potential risks, ensuring a safe and compliant production environment.

  • Engineering and Maintenance Manager

    Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Engineering & Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production machinery, utilities, and support systems. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, cost efficiency, operational excellence, and compliance with safety and quality standards to support business and production needs.
    Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Reliability ManagementDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.Ensure a quick-response troubleshooting system is in place to minimize production downtime.Monitor KPIs for maintenance performance, including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and drive continuous improvements.Oversee the management of spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels to prevent unplanned downtime while controlling costs.Ensure all repair and maintenance costs are effectively managed within budget.Implement and optimize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for asset tracking, work orders, and maintenance scheduling.Engineering & Operational ExcellenceIdentify and drive process improvements to enhance equipment performance, reduce waste, and optimize operational costs.Lead engineering projects related to facility expansion, machinery upgrades, and automation initiatives.Foster a culture of Operational Excellence by implementing Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Root Cause Analysis approach for trouble shooting.Implement and oversee Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) techniques to enhance predictive maintenance strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, and HSE) to improve overall plant efficiency.Team Leadership & ComplianceDevelop and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring skill enhancement and career growth.Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) policies and compliance with legal regulations.Allocate roles, responsibilities, and resources to effectively maintain the Occupational Health & Safety Management System.QualificationsEducation & Experience:Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical/electronics engineering.Minimum 7 years’ experiences managing Engineering and Maintenance function from Manufacturing IndustryTechnical Expertise:Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, and reliability engineering.Experience in CMMS implementation and maintenance planning.Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Root Cause Analysis for troubleshooting.Leadership & Problem-Solving:Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization.Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Proven experience or involvement in Operation Excellence programs, such as IWS (Integrated Work System), or other manufacturing/production systems utilized by multinational companies (MNCs)

  • Customer Support Specialist

    About the RoleThe Customer Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and order-related requests. This role ensures seamless coordination between customers and internal teams—especially Order Management (OM)—to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience while supporting commercial and service excellence objectives.
    This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract role, open to candidates based in Bangkok, Thailand or Surabaya, Indonesia.
