    Key ResponsibilitiesOversee full-spectrum accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, and closing)Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingManage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisionsEnsure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policiesLiaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholdersStrengthen internal controls and continuously improve financial processesSupport business units and management with insightful financial data and recommendationsLead and develop the accounting team to maintain high performance and accuracy

    Key Responsibilities:Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.Provide expert product knowledge and guide customers through the vehicle selection process.Conduct test drives and demonstrate the unique features of our luxury vehicles.Present pricing and financing options to customers in a transparent manner.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets.Stay updated on the latest industry trends, features, and benefits of our vehicle models.Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
    Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.Passion for luxury automobiles and a strong customer service mindset.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding results.Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.Self-motivated, driven, and proactive attitude.Knowledge of financing options and the ability to explain them clearly.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.Able to speak Mandarin is a plus.     Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Mazda customersConduct after-sales follow-ups (service & vehicle purchase) to ensure customer satisfactionHandle customer inquiries and complaints professionally with a solution-oriented approachManage and maintain accurate customer database (CRM)Collaborate with Sales and Aftersales teams to enhance overall customer experienceExecute customer engagement activities (events, calls, service reminders, etc.)Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and customer loyalty
