About the roleWe are looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at El Kabron Bali. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
This full-time position is based in Badung, Bali.
What you'll be doingAssist the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen activities and staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparationCollaborate with the kitchen team to develop and implement creative and innovative menu items that align with the restaurant's concept and visionEnsure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout the kitchen operationsMonitor and maintain stock levels, placing orders for ingredients as neededProvide training and mentorship to junior kitchen staff, helping to develop their skills and expertiseAssist with the management of kitchen staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions if necessaryWork closely with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfactionWhat we're looking forMastering with Cost Price, COGS, Inventory, SchedulingStrong leadership, will helmed 45 young chefStrong knowledge of cooking methods, preparations, equipment’s and best practice of HACCPFrom fast pace restaurants serviceHave basic Pastries & Cold Kitchen (CDP)
