Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outbound Lead Generation to join our Inside Sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and pipeline development for BIM (Building Information Modeling) within the construction and infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, resilient, and skilled in engaging potential clients through cold calling and lead qualification.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunitiesBuild, manage, and maintain a strong top-of-funnel sales pipelineIdentify and engage decision-makers within target organizationsQualify leads based on business needs, budget, and fitProgress prospects through different stages of the sales funnelSchedule qualified meetings for the sales teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systemsAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion KPIs
RequirementsDiploma or Degree in engineering / industrial studies, or related fieldAround 1–2 years of outbound B2B calling experience within CAD, design software, Engineering / Simulation Software or ERPStrong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools and SaaS solutions is an added advantageGood understanding of the construction or infrastructure industryFluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
