    Role DescriptionThis is an internship role for an Account Manager based on-site in South Jakarta. The Account Manager Intern will assist in building and maintaining client relationships, monitoring project deliverables, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, identifying business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and supporting client-oriented strategies to enhance customer experiences.
    Job DescriptionOverseeing both product-focus and project-based solutionDirecting and coordinating all sales activities Preparing sales budgets, forecast and account planning for Enterprise accountsHandling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or serviceSetting discount rates and determining price schedulesWork with vendor/principal/manufacturer and distributor Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partnersMaking data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocationDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key clientsSetting sales quotas and goalsOverseeing and directing performance and expenses of the sales teamIdentifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunitiesDefining and executing territory sales plans
    Requirements:S1/Bachelor degree with minimum 3 year experiences as enterprise sales/account managerExperience handling 2-3 named accounts in BUMN/State owned enterprise or financial services and banking industry with proven good record in achieving sales number Confidently and effectively speak with C-level executivesDeliver a convincing pitch related to Deltadata vision and portfolio Have a knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externallyHave a natural curiosity as to how businesses work, and will be an advocate for our potential new large customersCan operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment Show a passion for next generation application development, data integration, and cyber security
