JOB RESPONSIBILITYEnsure the effective management and continuous improvement of the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety, and Energy management systems. This role will integrate sustainability initiatives across the organization while ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001), and the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria.
Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s IMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO45001, and ISO 50001 standards both operations and documentationsDevelop and execute sustainability strategies in line with corporate goals and ESG principles includesTrack and report on ESG performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accuracy dentify new opportunities to improve sustainability efforts, reduce waste, and improve energyefficiencyConduct training programs on environmental, health, safety, energy, and ESG practices for allemployees and auditorsGenerate reports for senior management, including performance analysis and recommendations forimprovementsDocument all processes and procedures related to environmental, safety, energy, and ESGmanagementWork with external partners, including suppliers and consultants, to drive continuous improvement insustainability and complianceMonitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the integrated management systemCompliance to Daimler Truck AG policy, Code of Conduct, and guidelines.
