  • Delivery Engineer(Indonesia)

    Responsibilities:1. Be responsible for the entire process management of UID contract delivery, covering UID contract review, plan formulation, production coordination, logistics arrangement and on-site delivery.2. Organize cross-departmental resources (sales, factory, procurement, logistics, etc.) to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time, in good quality and in compliance with customer requirements.3. Connect with UID clients, provide communication on delivery progress, on-site coordination and handling of customer issues, and enhance customer satisfaction:4. Establish delivery management processes and key node control mechanisms to continuously optimize delivery efficiency and costs;5. Analvze the delivery data and issues in each UID to promote process optimization;6. Support the formulation and implementation of major product delivery strategies, participate in customer acceptance, payment node coordination and UID customer service.
    Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in supply chain management, logistics, engineering or related fields is preferred.2. More than 3 years of experience in delivery management, project execution or logistics management. Candidates with provincial delivery experience in manufacturing enterprises are preferred.3. Good project management skills and cross-departmental coordination abilities, with the ability to withstand pressure and a result-oriented mindset;4. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and customer service awareness.5. Working experience with PLN UID is a plus.

    Job Responsibilities:1.Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, transfer, promotion, separation of local employees in Indonesia, as well as labor contract and personnel file management.2.Maintain employee relations.3.Strictly comply with Indonesian labor regulations, handle attendance, overtime, leave, labor disputes and other related matters.4.Office administration & general affairs: procurement of office supplies, asset inventory, environmental hygiene, security and fire protection management.5.Liaise with government affairs.6.Complete other HR & administrative tasks assigned by superiors.Qualifications:1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field.2.At least 2 years of experience as an HRGA or in a comprehensive HR management role ispreferred.3.Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and local HR practices; experience in multinationalcorporations or cross-border business support is advantageous.4.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt to a multiculturalenvironment.5.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

    Responsibilities:1. General Ledger & Financial Reporting- Responsible for keep booking accounting and managing the full cycle of accounting . Complete monthly and year-end closing processes to ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and internal control requirements.- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).2. Tax Compliance & Refunds- Issue sales invoices and tax invoices to clients.- Handle monthly VAT filing and payment.- Accurately and timely prepare, review, and submit all monthly and annual tax returns.- Responsible for calculating, filing, and paying corporate income tax (CIT), employee income tax (PPh 21), and withholding taxes (PPh 22/23/26/4(2)).- Manage VAT refunds and PPh 22 refunds.- Ensure tax compliance and stay updated on the latest tax regulations.3. Treasury Related Tasks- Process payments and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.4. Support & Coordination- Coordinate with headquarters and external auditors to complete the annual audit.- Assist the finance manager with other finance-related tasks.- Handle communication with external parties such as banks and tax office.- Support external consultants in transfer pricing work.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation.- At least 4 years of experience in taxation and accounting; supervisory experience preferred.- Proficient in Indonesian tax laws (PPh, VAT/PPN, withholding tax, corporate income tax) with hands-on experience in tax compliance, review, basic tax planning, and audits.- Experience in financial reconciliation and preparation of annual corporate income tax returns (SPT Tahunan PPh Badan).- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP or others).- Solid understanding of journal entries, general ledger, month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliation, and banking processes.- Holding Brevet A and B preferred (Brevet C is better).- English proficiency as a working language.- work location:bekasi
