Open Roles: We are recruiting for full-time, on-site Teaching Team roles, including Head Teachers, Lead Teachers, and Assistant Teachers.
Team members will be responsible for daily classroom activities, including designing lesson plans, developing curriculum materials, and providing children with a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Educators will encourage creativity, foster bilingual communication, and support children’s social-emotional development, while maintaining safety and hygiene standards and effectively communicating with parents and team members.
QualificationsAbility to create and implement engaging Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development activitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with children, parents, and colleaguesBackground in Education and experience with Teaching, particularly early childhood educationCapability to foster social-emotional learning and bilingual communication (English and Bahasa Indonesia)A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their developmentRelevant certifications or qualifications in early childhood education, teaching, or related fieldsExperience or familiarity with Montessori approaches and/or bilingual education is a plus
