ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB : 1. Works safely and follows all safety rules and operational procedures/ Bekerja dengan aman dan mengikuti semua aturan keselamatan dan prosedur kerja2. Supporting to follow up evidence or/ data needs for any non-conformance issue/ Mendukung untuk mencari kelengkapan data terhadap permasalahan yang ada.3. Supporting for PPAP data collection for Internal documents/ Mendukung untuk kelengkapan data-data internal dokumen PPAP.4. Assist to create or update any new work instruction needed, such Incoming, Release inspection or Quality Alert./ Membantu untuk membuat dan memperbaharui jika ada Instruksi Kerja baru yang dibutuhkan, seperting inspeksi barang masuk, inspeksi barang keluar atau peringatan kualitas. 5. Perform layout inspection as per Customer drawing & requirement/ Melakukan pemeriksaan penuh (100%) berdasarkan gambar & persyaratan pelanggan. 6. Keep and control all Failure Analysis report./ Menjaga dan mengontrol semua laporan analisis kegagalan.7. Support incoming check and measurement base on Work instruction available and drawing then do save and proper recording / Melakukan inspeksi material dan pengukuran sesuai dengan instruksi kerja yang ada dan Gambar lalu simpan dan lakukan rekaman data.8. Daily routine to send update about QC activity result/ Rutinitas harian untuk mengirimkan laporan setiap shift untuk semua hasil kegiatan monitoring kualitas. 9. Maintain and keep working area to meet environmental requirements and regulation compliance. / Menjaga dan mempertahankan wilayah kerja untuk memenuhi persyaratan lingkungan dan kepatuhan regulasi.10. POSITION SUMMARY:The Incoming Quality Control Engineer/Assistant Engineer is mainly responsibility supervising a team of incoming quality control inspectors and technicians working for the quality assurance that only good materials coming from suppliers shall be issued for production use. He uses quality control methodologies in determining if the parts are good or not. This includes the use of sampling inspection techniques and statistical process control in analyzing the parts and related data. This role also invlove in performing tests, documenting results, and reporting any issues to the SQE Engineer or Manager. He works closely with production teams to get necessary feedback and communicate back to the supplier for analysis and corrective-action.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCY 1. Minimum Diploma for Technical related courses2. Having related experience from an electronic or PCBA company for 2-year3. Good knowledge of measuring tools4. Ms. Office & ICT Literate 5. Experience in the automotive is an advantage 6. Able to work under pressure 7. Having Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility8. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 10. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Supervises a team of incoming quality control inspectors and technicians2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for incoming materials 3. Analyzes quality data coming from supplier, Supplier outgoing report4. Communicate and cooperate with SQE to supplier with regards to quality issues which includes the issuance and handling of non-conforming reports5. Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues 6. Perform SPC study on product critical dimension and parameters 7. Conduct regular inspections of raw materials 8. Perform various tests and measurements to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards9. Use measurement and testing equipment accurately to assess product quality, maintain and keep equipment according to the standard requirement needed 10. Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and other quality assurance activities 11. Prepare and present reports on product quality and non-conformance issues 12. Document corrective actions and monitor their implementation 13. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality 14. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCY:A bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical science, preferably mechanical engineering, with minimum 5 years of engineering experience in the electronic & automotive industry, is an advantage.Must possess mechanical aptitude and the ability to work hands-on. Must be familiar with process design, risk reduction & Reverse Process failure mode analysis (PFMEA), Control PLAN (CP), LEAN manufacturing concept, Problem solving analysis, Error proofing and APQP.A passionate, dynamic engineer dedicated to excelling at meeting customer’s satisfaction Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential focused on continuous improvements.Possess Six sigma green belts is an advantage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design process and set up production lines, develop fixtures with external suppliers. NPI includes mass production.Evaluate, improve process capability, Line balancing and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.Supports Maintenance in machine repair and problem resolution as required. Write, maintain and update live PFD, PFMEA, CP & work instructions.LEAD problem solving analysis with related membersMaintain and keep working area to meet environmental requirements and regulation compliance.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
