  • Customs Specialist  

    - West Java

    Responsibilities:Manage material shipments throughout the process, including :Handle company department delivery plans (CN-ID) and requirements, and set schedule;Transmit the transportation material information included in the delivery plan to the customs clearance agency, and collect additional information from the company's internal departments according to the requirements of the customs broker; Check whether the HS code classification opinions provided by the customs clearance agency are reasonable; whether they are consistent with the opinions provided by the company; Confirm whether the Indonesia import restrictions provided by the customs clearance agency are completed.Output classification opinions and restrictions to the internal department, and confirm that department prepares relevant documents;Confirm the cargo shipping information and transmit all customs clearance information to the customs broker;Update the shipping status on daily basis, and compile monthly delivery information on monthly basis, and deliver the cleared data for filing.
    Qualifications:Bachelor degree or above;Able to use English as the main working and communication language;Candidates with a proficiency in Chinese will be given preference.Candidates with customs clearance experience are preferred;Have understanding of customs affairs, and understand the customs clearance process and document requirements of the Indonesia customs;Have good time planning and coordination skills, and be able to manage the progress of the projects he/she is responsible for;Have a general understanding in HS code classification, and have experience in manufacturing import and export declaration,able to understand the incoterms; Processing trade/Vihecle industry work experience is preferred.

    Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.At least have 5 years in after-sales operations, preferably within the automotive industry.Proven track record in managing and developing teams, with excellent mentorship and people management abilities.Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement to drive operational excellence.Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.Familiarity with digital tools and automotive service management systems to streamline operations.
