    We are looking for a Website Designer Intern with a strong eye for visual design and user experience. This role will support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of company websites to ensure optimal functionality, aesthetics, and user journey.

    We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate Transactions to join our Legal team. This role will serve as a key legal partner in supporting Bukalapak’s strategic corporate initiatives, including investments, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other corporate transactions.
    ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the legal aspects of corporate transactions, including coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders on due diligence, transaction documentation, and fulfillment of pre- and post-transaction requirements.Act as a key legal partner to the Corporate Finance team, providing strategic legal support and collaborating closely throughout the transaction lifecycle.Review and advise on transaction structures, due diligence findings, and transaction documents to ensure alignment with the Company’s legal, regulatory, and commercial objectives.Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, managing transactions independently where external counsel is not engaged.Provide legal analysis, risk assessment, and recommendations to support business decision-making related to investments, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other corporate actions.Ensure proper documentation, filing, and archiving of all transaction-related legal documents according to internal policies and regulatory requirements.Liaise and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Corporate Finance, Financial, Reporting & Accounting, and other relevant functions within Bukalapak, as well as external stakeholders such as law firms and regulators.Prepare legal reports, updates, and recommendations for the General Counsel and senior management regarding ongoing and proposed transactions.
    RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) from a reputable university. Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) or Business (MBA) is a plus.Minimum 8–10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a top law firm and/or in-house legal role with significant exposure to corporate transactions.Strong experience in mergers and acquisitions, investments, corporate restructuring, and other corporate actions.Proven ability to independently manage complex corporate transactions and work closely with finance and business stakeholders.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under tight timelines.Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, particularly with finance and senior leadership teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
