Rapid management of complaintLead contact to quality improvement of supplier manufacturing processes, products and purchases componentsDevelop and maintain supplier delivery to production and customerSustainable problem solvingEffectively coordinate Supplier Quality Assurance activitiesAudit supplier, supplier development better quality by lean managementAct as proficient technical resource to department for statistical techniques and toolsNegotiate including to Charge back of defect cost to suppliersCreates and maintains the QM-system documentationImplements local QM-systems14 Quality Principles basics control, FMEA walk, LPC activities (Layered Process Confirmation) and find opportunities of improvement for quality together with productionPPAP release
QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or other technical disciplineDemonstrated skills / certification in systematic problem solving methodologiesProcess technical knowledge i.e. Plastic injection, turning processUnderstanding of IATF quality requirements and has the knowledge of main core tool IATF (AIAG, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan, APQP, SPC, MSA, etc.)Experience with APQP, PFMEA / Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis, etc.Drawing, GD&T readable, understanding CAD modelsAbility to lead and/or work within cross functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP systems.Measuring machines usable, programmable, evaluations e.g. CMM, Contour M/C, Roughness M/C etc.Consult the measurement method to partner (Bosch internal and external suppliers), optimize the measuring designsPlans the measurement technique of new part releasing processes & incoming incoming inspection processesCan analyze the statistical data and fix the issueCan check of supplier-base to do onsite verification and evaluations
