  • Finance Division Head  

    - Central Jakarta

    Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls.Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term sustainability.Manage annual budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and business planning initiatives.Provide comprehensive financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making.Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.Strengthen internal control systems and ensure good corporate governance practices.Monitor financial performance and drive cost efficiency as well as revenue optimization initiatives.
    Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.Experience in hospital or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, budgeting, financial modeling, and risk management.Demonstrated strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High level of integrity, leadership maturity, and professionalism.Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent will be an advantage.Proficient in financial systems/ERP and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Quality Assurance Specialist  

    - Central Jakarta

    Requirements:Medical Doctor (General Practitioner) or Bachelor of Nursing (Ners).Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospital quality, accreditation, patient safety, or clinical governance.Hands-on experience in hospital accreditation processes (national and/or international).Strong understanding of incident management, RCA, risk management, and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., PDSA).Proven experience in analyzing quality data and preparing management reports.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
    Key Responsibilities:Conduct internal accreditation assessments and readiness evaluations.Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with applicable healthcare standards.Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).Lead and monitor Clinical Governance and Patient Safety initiatives.Manage risk management processes, incident reporting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Monitor, analyze, and report healthcare performance indicators and KPIs.Develop and review policies, SOPs, and quality-related documentation.Coordinate cross-departmental quality improvement programs and follow up on action plans.

  • Requirements :Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law/Psychology/ManagementMinimum 3 years of experience in Human Capital / Human Resources, preferably in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.Proficiency in Ms. Office, recruitment, contract management, HRIS, analytical thinking and communication skills.
