Sales Operations Manager – Indonesia (ERP Transformation)
Blackmores is undertaking a once-in-a-generation global ERP transformation, implementing SAP S/4HANA to modernise how we operate across Asia-Pacific and beyond.This is a full-time fixed-term contract supporting critical phases of the program, from detailed design through to build and deployment, with a key focus on the Indonesia market. Based in a highly collaborative transformation environment, this role sits at the intersection of sales operations, technology, and business transformation, giving you direct influence on how a leading APAC brand scales and operates into the future.

Key responsibilities
Sales operations transformationAnalyse current sales processes across the Thailand market and define future-state workflows aligned to SAP S/4HANAProcess design and optimisationIdentify inefficiencies and implement best-practice sales processes across customer management, order management, pricing, and promotionsStakeholder engagementPartner with in-market teams, regional stakeholders, and global ERP teams to ensure alignment and accurate process designERP implementation supportContribute to design, build, and deployment phases, ensuring local market nuances are embedded into the global solutionData and systems readinessSupport data cleansing, migration activities, and ensure accuracy of historical sales data ahead of SAP implementationTraining and adoptionDrive user adoption through training plans, becoming a super user and supporting business readinessChange leadership Act as a change champion within the Thailand market, ensuring smooth transition from current to future state
About you7+ years experience across sales operations, commercial operations, or sales transformationStrong understanding of sales processes including order management, pricing, and trade promotionsExperience working within distributor models (3PL / 4PL)Exposure to ERP environments (SAP preferred) or large-scale system transformationsStrong process mapping, analytical and problem-solving capabilityAbility to influence and engage stakeholders across markets and functionsComfortable operating in ambiguity within a transformation environment
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or related field Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA highly regarded)
