Head of Pharmacy is responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing all activities related to the Pharmacy projects effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities• Lead and manage multiple projects (pharmacy and clinic) to achieve timely product readiness.• Coordinate and carry out the preparation of plans, strategies, and budgets in the Pharmacy.• Implement, control, and evaluate Pharmacy operation activities.• Coordinate, monitor, and ensure that financial and administrative management activities run well with the policies and procedures.• Prepare periodic reports.
Qualifications• Strong understanding of the pharmacy industry, including product development and commercialization processes.• Preferably at least 5 years of proven experience in Pharmacy Project Management, New Product Development, or end-to-end project execution.• Good communication and cooperation.• Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing team members.• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams.
