Head of Pharmacy is responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing all activities related to the Pharmacy projects effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities• Lead and manage multiple projects (pharmacy and clinic) to achieve timely product readiness.• Coordinate and carry out the preparation of plans, strategies, and budgets in the Pharmacy.• Implement, control, and evaluate Pharmacy operation activities.• Coordinate, monitor, and ensure that financial and administrative management activities run well with the policies and procedures.• Prepare periodic reports.

Providing pharmaceutical services, such as reviewing and preparing prescriptions and providing information and education related to medications for patients and other healthcare professionals.
ResponsibilitiesReviewing and executing physician’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness.Organizing the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster.Maintaining full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy (must have an active STRA and SIPA).Preferably 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital.Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutic drug monitoring, and patient care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
