    We’re looking for a Brand Manager who can combine strategy and creativity—brainstorming ideas, developing marketing strategies, and optimizing digital & social media campaigns to drive growth. You will play a key role in one of our emerging brands within the Balans Group ecosystem, helping build it from the ground up.
    Responsibilities :Develop and lead end-to-end branding and digital marketing strategiesLead brainstorming sessions and actively contribute creative ideas for content and campaignsConceptualize engaging content (social media, campaigns, activations) aligned with brand positioningCollaborate with the creative team (design, content, video) to produce strong and compelling storytellingOversee and ensure content execution aligns with strategy and brand quality standardsManage and optimize campaign performance across digital channelsAnalyze content trends, digital behavior, and competitors to generate relevant and up-to-date ideasEvaluate campaign performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
    Requirements:Min. 5 years of experience in Branding, Digital Marketing, or related fieldsStrong understanding of branding strategies, digital marketing & social media trendsCreative, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills Experience working with creative teams & brand developmentExperience in beauty, health, lifestyle, or related industries is a plus.

  • Senior Key Account Executive  

    - Jakarta

    We are looking for passionate Senior Key Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus on expanding sales offline channels, building partnerships, and driving aggressive growth.
    Responsibilities :Develop and manage sales pipelines for offline (MT, GT, Horeca, and partnerships) channels.Identify and drive new account acquisition across offline channelsLead commercial negotiations (listing, pricing, promo, trading terms)Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.Support the creation and execution of sales campaigns in collaboration with creative marketing.Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
    Requirements :5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in wellness, healthy lifestyle, supplements, or retail industryStrong understanding of offline sales ecosystems.Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow client relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
