  • SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (SHE) MANAGER

    Your Future Role
    The SHE Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing the organization’s safety, health, and environmental policies and programs to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations. This role involves creating a safe and healthy work environment, minimizing environmental impacts, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices.

    Key Responsibilities
    Safety Management: Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures, conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections and Investigate accidents and near-misses, ensuring corrective actions are taken.Health & Well-being: Design wellness programs and ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and Perform health assessments, ergonomic evaluations, and promote preventive health practices.Environmental Compliance & Sustainability: Lead environmental programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and sustainability goals, Manage waste disposal, energy efficiency, and pollution control efforts and Track and report on environmental performance (e.g., emissions, waste, water use).Training & Awareness: Deliver training on safety, health, and environmental topics and Promote awareness through safety drills, workshops, and communication campaigns.Incident Reporting & Investigation: Oversee the reporting and analysis of workplace incidents Investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and track safety trends.Regulatory Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulations, coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely corrective actions.Emergency Response: Develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills, maintain safety equipment and ensure emergency preparedness.Continuous Improvement: Monitor SHE performance, identify improvement areas, and implement best practices, Encourage a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across the organization.Leadership & Team Management: Lead the SHE team, providing guidance and support, Foster collaboration and drive employee engagement in SHE initiatives.
    Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
    Minimum 10 years of as SHE Manager experience, Diploma in Safety & Health or equivalent from a reputable university and valid AK3 Umum certificate or similar, Environmental certification preferredDirect experience integrating quality, safety, and environmental management systems and Familiarity with SMK3, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 or similar standardsPrevious experience in driving safety & health initiatives and engaging employees, Proficiency in computer applications for communication and report writing and Fluent in English and Bahasa IndonesiaDetail-oriented, KPI-driven, process-oriented, and highly organized, Strong leadership and communication skills, Business contingency qualification or experience in conducting business risk assessments and mitigation plans, Willingness to work flexible hours and under pressure, Ability to work independentlyExperience in heavy manufacturing or steel fabrication preferred.Work placement: Batam Indonesia

    Your future role
    We’re looking for a Project Control Engineer to join our team and help drive successful engineering and fabrication projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the highest quality and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Planning: Create schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment across teamsProgress Monitoring: Track project timelines, costs, and KPIs; forecast outcomes and address issuesCost Control: Monitor expenses, prevent overruns, and maintain financial controlRisk Management: Identify risks and implement strategies to minimize delays and disruptionsCommunication & Reporting: Prepare clear updates and reports for stakeholders and managementContinuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements and promote best practicesMeeting Leadership: Lead daily production and project kickoff meetings to drive progress


    Skills & Experience
    Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 5+ years in project control/management.Experience in plate fabrication or as a workshop supervisor in heavy industries is a plus.Senior High School graduates with 7 years of similar experience in manufacturing can also apply.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and working with databases (MS Access).Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus (optional).Able to calculate costs for Labor, materials, consumables, and subcontractors.Experience preparing project take-offs, Bills of Materials (BOM), and coordinating with procurement.Knowledge of structural steel, process piping, modular structures, and heavy plate fabrication.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.Capable of leading daily production meetings and project kick-off meetings to ensure alignment and progress.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Job location: Batam, Indonesia.

    QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

    Your Future Role
    As an Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with quality standards across the organization. This role involves planning and conducting internal audits, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing corrective actions. The position also includes managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, ensuring proper version control, and adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with quality improvement tools, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement. Effective communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this position

    Key Responsibilities
    Audit Planning & Execution: Develop audit plans and schedules to monitor processes and ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct internal audits across various areas, including production, to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other standards.Reporting & Presentation: Prepare audit reports with findings and areas for improvement. Present results to management and recommend corrective actions.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with teams to create action plans to enhance quality.Quality Monitoring & Control: Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Implement corrective actions and re-audit to confirm issues are resolved.Documentation Control & Compliance: Manage and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. Ensure documents are controlled, up-to-date, and compliant with ISO standards.Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve auditing practices and QMS effectiveness using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and FMEA.Collaboration & Support: Work with the QA Manager and other teams to align on quality goals and provide support, including training on compliance with quality standards.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Welding Engineering, Metallurgy, or similar fields. Other engineering degrees with relevant experience in metal fabrication are also acceptable.Certifications: ISO 9001/QMS Internal Auditor Certification (required) and Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 9001/QMS (preferred).At least 5 years of experience in quality auditing or document control, ideally in manufacturing or metal fabrication.Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 19011, and ISO 17021 standards.Skilled in conducting audits, preparing audit reports, and managing corrective actions. Familiar with mechanical drawings, metal fabrication processes, and document control. Experience using quality improvement tools like 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, and 7 QC Tools.Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvement and Detail-oriented, independent, proactive, and able to work well within teams.
