Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:Mengelola jadwal janji temu pasien melalui sistemMemberikan layanan garda depan profesional dengan menyambut pasien serta menjelaskan layanan, biaya, dan alur perawatan. Menangani kebutuhan dan keluhan pasien dengan empati untuk menjaga kualitas layanan. Melakukan aktivitas recall pasien untuk mendorong kunjungan kembali dan edukasi perawatan. Memproses transaksi pasien secara akurat, termasuk laporan transaksi harian dan verifikasi pembayaran. Mengelola administrasi asuransi, termasuk verifikasi dokumen dan pengajuan klaim. Melakukan kontrol stok inventaris area resepsionis dan melakukan stock opname bulanan. Mengarahkan pasien untuk memberikan ulasan layanan serta mengelola administrasi program promosi atau keanggotaan.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:Minimal lulusan D3 atau sederajat Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Resepsionis/Frontliner, diutamakan dari industri klinik atau layanan kesehatan. Memiliki pengalaman dalam pelayanan pelanggan dan administrasi transaksi.Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan orientasi pelayanan yang kuat.

Job DescriptionOversee the end-to-end operational flow of Surgery & Aesthetic services—from registration and consultation to procedures and follow-ups—to ensure an efficient, safe, and SOP-compliant patient experience.Ensure all service touchpoints (front desk, nursing staff, consultants, and post-treatment care) operate consistently and meet the brand's service standards.Monitor manpower data to track workforce movement and address operational staffing needs.Draft and update clinical operational SOPs tailored to the specific needs of Surgery & Aesthetic services.Conduct regular monitoring, evaluation, and updates of existing SOPs to maintain high standards.Perform patient satisfaction analyses to identify and implement areas for service improvement.Develop marketing strategies for Surgery & Aesthetic services by considering clinical operational readiness, service capacity, and the projected patient experience.Ensure all operational decisions and their implementations remain under the direct control and full responsibility of the Operation Manager.
Job QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in the same position and field.Experience in the Aesthetic/Beauty Clinic industry is highly preferred.Proven track record in planning, creating, and executing SOPs.Experienced in monitoring legality and licensing requirements.
