    Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline.4–5 years of experience in retail marketing, merchandising, field operations, or related roles.Strong understanding of retail marketing execution and visual merchandising principles.Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel/dashboard).Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong sense of branding and understanding of retail customer experience.
