Key ResponsibilitiesOverall warehouse operations management (receiving, storage, issuing)Control inventory accuracy (book vs. physical) and manage monthly cycle countsImplement FIFO and batch management (especially for shelf-life materials).Manage warehouse site (6S, safety, standardized operations)Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiencyManage warehouse team and improve execution capability
Qualifications5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.Associate degree or above (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.Experience in inventory control and batch management.Background in Tobacco or E-cigarette manufacturing industriesStrong leadership, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.Knowledge of safety regulations, forklift/warehouse equipment operation, and workplace ergonomics.Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.English working proficiency is required.Local Indonesians, or ethnic Chinese with legal work status in Indonesia
