    Position OverviewThe Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of mega industrial manufacturing construction project on behalf of the Project Management Consultant (PMC). This position is responsible for ensuring that engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities are executed on schedule, within budget, safely, and according to the highest quality standards.The role requires strong experience handling mega‑scale industrial projects, especially those involving advanced manufacturing processes, complex utilities, and integrated production systems.
    Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & ControlDevelop and manage the overall project execution plan (PEP), including budget, schedule, and resource allocation.Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators.Ensure all project documentation meets PMC and client standards.2. Coordination & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary liaison between the client, contractors, consultants, vendors, and local authorities.Lead coordination meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions.Manage communication flow, issue resolution, and decision‑making processes.3. Engineering & Construction OversightMonitor engineering deliverables, design compliance, and technical submittals.Supervise construction activities to ensure alignment with specifications and standards.Review method statements, shop drawings, and change proposals.4. Quality, Safety & ComplianceEnforce project QA/QC procedures across all phases.Promote and implement HSE policies, ensuring a zero‑incident environment.Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and environmental requirements.5. Risk Management & Issue ResolutionIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks.Resolve technical, contractual, and commercial issues in a timely manner.Report deviations and critical risks with recommended corrective actions.6. Contract & Commercial ManagementParticipate in tendering, contractor evaluations, and commercial negotiations.Monitor contractor performance against contractual deliverables.Review progress claims, variations, and change order requests.7. Reporting & GovernancePrepare weekly and monthly progress reports for client and PMC management.Monitor KPIs, progress indicators, risk registers, and cost performance.Provide clear, accurate updates on schedule, cost, risks, and site conditions.

    Position OverviewThe Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of large-scale industrial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This role leads on-site execution, coordinates multidisciplinary contractors, and ensures compliance with regulatory, engineering, and organizational requirements.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & ExecutionLead day-to-day construction activities from site preparation through commissioning support.Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, resource plans, and work sequences.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operational teams to ensure timely delivery of drawings, materials, and equipment.Anticipate and resolve construction-related challenges to prevent delays.2. Contractor & Stakeholder ManagementManage and supervise general contractors, subcontractors, and site service providers.Conduct regular site coordination meetings, progress reviews, and contractor performance evaluations.Ensure all construction activities adhere to contractual obligations and specifications.3. Technical & Engineering SupportCollaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.Validate construction methods, shop drawings, and material specifications.Support commissioning, handover documentation, and as-built records.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering drawings, and project management practices.Proven experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in project management and construction tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).Strong understanding of HSE standards and local regulatory requirements.Preferred QualificationsExperience with advanced manufacturing, industrial facilities, or high-technology construction environments.Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent.Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional project environments.

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Admin, supporting the seamless construction management project. This role serves as a central hub for data management, stakeholder coordination, and operational support. Bridging finance, HSE, procurement, and construction functions. The Project Admin ensures clarity, accuracy, and alignment across all phases of project delivery.
    Gather, compile, and maintain project-related data from various departments (e.g., finance, procurement, HSE, construction).Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into SAP and other project tracking systems.Maintain organized records of project documentation, including permits, reports, and correspondence.Assist Finance team with invoice tracking, budget updates, and cost reporting.Support HSE team with incident logs, safety documentation, and compliance records.Coordinate with Procurement to track material requests, delivery schedules, and vendor documentation.Aid Construction Manager in updating progress reports, manpower logs, and site documentation.Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.Manage project calendars, filing systems, and communication channels.Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive project information
    Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Civil Engineering is preferred).Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance, project accounting, or general administration (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)Experience in construction/engineering projects preferred).Familiarity with tax regulations (e.g. WHT, VAT), invoicing, and financial reporting in Indonesia.Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, ERP, or project finance systems is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines.Good communication and coordination skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Open to a short-term contract, with availability until June 30th.

    Key Responsibilities:Design Review & Technical OversightReview MEP designs and shop drawings for compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues.Construction MonitoringSupervise on-site MEP works including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems.Ensure timely execution of MEP activities in line with project schedules and quality benchmarks.Project CoordinationCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.Support the PMC team in managing project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation related to MEP scope.Testing & CommissioningOversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with Tier standards (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier III/IV).Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and progress reports.Prepare technical reports and contribute to client presentations and project updates.
