Altha Consulting is inviting a senior technology advisory leader to join us as Digital & Technology Enablement Director and help shape the next phase of our Digital & Technology Enablement practice.

This is a role for a trusted advisor and practice builder. We are looking for a leader who can operate at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation — someone who can shape strategic technology opportunities, strengthen senior client relationships, and position Altha’s technology advisory work as a credible, high-impact offering in the market.
You will work alongside Partners and Directors to strengthen three critical areas: market growth, advisory quality, and practice building.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs Digital & Technology Enablement Director, you will play a senior leadership role across five strategic mandates:
a. Shape Strategic Technology AdvisoryLead senior client conversations on how technology can enable business transformation, strengthen governance, improve operating effectiveness, and support long-term competitiveness.b. Drive Market Growth and Client RelationshipsDevelop and strengthen senior-level client relationships that create meaningful advisory opportunities, commercial growth, and long-term partnerships.c. Elevate Advisory Quality and Delivery ImpactProvide senior oversight to ensure technology advisory engagements are delivered with strategic clarity, business relevance, and executive-ready quality.d. Build the Practice and Develop TalentStrengthen Altha’s Digital & Technology Enablement practice by building its capability, advisory standards, delivery methods, and leadership bench.e. Represent Altha’s Leadership StandardBring senior leadership presence, professional judgment, ownership, and collaborative problem-solving into the way Altha serves clients and builds its internal culture.
What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a senior professional with a strong combination of technology advisory expertise, consulting maturity, commercial mindset, and leadership credibility.The ideal candidate should have:
a. Senior technology advisory background and exposureMinimum 15 years of experience across technology advisory, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, technology governance, system integrator advisory, or corporate transformation/technology leadership, with exposure to engagements such as Technology Strategic Plan, Enterprise Architecture, Operating Model, Governance Risk and Compliance, PMO, Independent Quality Assurance, or technology transformation programs.b. Executive stakeholder leadershipProven ability to engage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, business leaders, and technology leaders, with strong business and technology advisory presence.c. Commercial and opportunity-shaping capabilityAbility to shape strategic opportunities, lead senior client conversations, contribute to business growth, and convert market needs into relevant advisory offerings.d. Practice and delivery leadershipAbility to oversee complex advisory workstreams, guide consulting teams, strengthen delivery quality, and contribute to the development of advisory standards and capabilities.e. Executive communication and professional credibilityExcellent structured thinking, strong executive communication, and strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia. Relevant certifications such as COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, CISA, ISO 27001, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or related credentials will be an advantage.
