    Key Responsibilities
    1. Business Process AutomationDesign, develop, and maintain automation workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across departments.Build low-code / no-code and API-based automation using tools such as n8n, Power Automate, UiPath, or equivalent platforms.Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and propose automation solutions.Ensure automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business priorities.
    2. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with Business Process to translate process improvement initiatives into technical automation solutions.Act as a technical partner for business users, ensuring solutions truly address operational pain points.
    3. Data Analytics & Dashboard DevelopmentDevelop dashboards and reports to monitor process efficiency, cost savings, and automation performance.Integrate automation outputs (from n8n, ERP, or other systems) into analytics and reporting layers.Support management with clear, actionable insights through data visualization tools.Ensure data accuracy, clarity, and relevance for decision-making.
    4. Testing, Troubleshooting & StabilityPerform technical testing and validation for automation workflows and dashboards.Troubleshoot system issues, API failures, and data inconsistencies with minimal disruption to operations.Monitor automation performance and continuously improve reliability and error handling.
    5. Adoption & Continuous ImprovementSupport user adoption of new automated processes through documentation, training, and guidance.Maintain clear technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and dashboards.Collect feedback from users and continuously refine automation solutions.Contribute to Allure’s long-term roadmap toward an AI-enabled, data-driven organization.____________________________________________________________________________
    Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in business automation, data analytics, ERP-related projects, or similar roles.Hands-on experience using n8n to build automation workflows, API integrations, and system-to-system data flows.Strong technical understanding of process automation tools such as: n8n, Power Automate, UiPath or equivalent automation platformsProficient in data visualization and dashboard development tools: Power BI, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) or equivalentSolid understanding of business processes and cross-functional workflows.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.Able to translate business requirements into clear digital or technical solutions.Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.____________________________________________________________________________

    Purpose of the Role
    Allure Industries is a leading innovator in aluminum doors, windows, partitions, and architectural systems in Indonesia. As we continue to expand across multiple projects and regions, our project-based sales function plays a critical role in driving sustainable growth.
    We are looking for a Project Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities in construction and development projects. This role focuses on building strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and architects, while ensuring project opportunities are converted into successful sales.
    Key Responsibilities
    1. Project Lead Generation & Client DevelopmentIdentify and approach new project leads including developers, contractors, consultants, and architects.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders involved in construction projects.Actively expand project pipelines through networking, site visits, and market intelligence.
    2. Product Presentation & Solution SellingPresent company products and aluminum system solutions in a professional, persuasive, and consultative manner.Understand client needs and project requirements to recommend suitable products and solutions.
    3. Quotation, Negotiation & ClosingPrepare and submit quotations, proposals, and supporting documents for projects.Work closely with internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy and feasibility.
    4. Project Monitoring & Post-Sales SupportMonitor ongoing project execution to ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery.Provide post-sales support and coordination when required to maintain client satisfaction.
    5. Reporting & AdministrationReport sales activities, pipeline progress, and closing performance to management.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and project status.
    RequirementsMinimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project sales, construction, building materials, or B2B sales.Familiarity with aluminum systems, windows, doors, façade, or architectural products is a strong advantage.Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Own a motorcycle or vehicle and hold a valid SIM C/A.Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
