  • Sales Operations Specialist  

    - East Jakarta

    Role OverviewThis role is responsible for supporting the execution of Alibaba Cloud’s business strategy in Indonesia, optimizing the sales-operation workflow, and partnering closely with local sales teams to drive revenue growth.The position focuses on sales operations excellence, pipeline management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient business execution.
    Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of Alibaba Cloud’s Indonesia business strategy and optimize the sales-operation systemManage the lead-to-cash lifecycle, with a strong focus on pipeline management and sales execution trackingMonitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and ensure timely follow-up on execution plansManage key customers and partners by analyzing consumption trends, project progress, and business development plansCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to drive business outcomesAct as a bridge between front-end sales teams and back-end teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communicationProvide operational support to the sales team and relay feedback from customers and sales teams to internal stakeholdersAssist in implementing headquarters’ policies and improving local operational efficiency
    RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in sales operations (experience in cloud or tech companies preferred)Strong project management and data analysis skills, with solid business acumenExcellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisionsSolid understanding of:Pipeline managementKey account/customer managementPartner ecosystem managementFamiliarity with cloud business models is a strong plusCloud certifications (e.g., ACA or equivalent) are preferredNative Bahasa Indonesia and fluent English are requiredMandarin proficiency is a plus

  • Job Requirements- Develop strategic pipeline and close the deal with channel motion.- Maintain relationship with the existing Channel Partners and develop the strategies to grow the partners revenue.- Conduct regular partner performance reviews to determine how the partner is succeeding, ensuring that all inline with the business plan.- Translate Channel Strategy into a simple executable sales action.- Demonstrated strong experience in big enterprise and/or public sector accounts.- Comfortable to work with complex channel agreements, provide support for commercial blockers.
    Job Description- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Cloud Computing or Engineering or any related fields.- More than 5 years of sales, partner channel development, business development in technology industry.- Extensive experience in managing strategic accounts.- Excellent interpersonal, sales, and communication skills to clearly articulate partnership value propositions internally and externally.- Work independently, with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset while also effectively working as a part of a team.- Comfortable working in a global company with structure/culture diversity and fast paced growth.- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
