About the RoleSupports the Board, the 3 Risk Committees (Risk Oversight, Financial Risk and Operational Risk), the AIA Group and AIAF Executives in developing and maintaining an appropriate Risk Management Framework.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and implement the operational risk and control framework and the policy governance framework.Draft and maintain AIA risk management policy and the underlying standards. Review, challenge, and report on the operational risk profile.Monitor material incidents, control weaknesses, key risk indicators, key operational risks, and emerging operational risks.Collect and analyse the incident data (Repeat incident, length of days needed to report and resolve, financial impacts root cause analysis) to identify areas for process improvement and communicate the review result to the relevant dept and their EXCO for follow by first line and monitored by second line. Work closely with first line of defense subject matter experts, and second and third line of defense control functions to ensure key operational risks are effectively managed.Review key initiatives, products and projects from a risk perspective to support business' strategic objectives.Monitoring draft and new regulation issued by regulator and ensure that the requirement has been adopted.Liaise with regulators for regulatory reporting, socialization and correspondence.Managing Risk Oversight Committee (“ROC”) and Executive Risk Committee (“ERC”) in regular basis.Review signs off circulation: policy/procedure/guidance/working instruction issued by first line.To set up, review and monitor company’s risk appetites, risk tolerances and risk limits.To provide second opinion on the core company activities: Strategic IT, Information Security, Data projects and Strategic Plan.To set up Risk Management plan for a whole year and keep the progress update.Involvement in the risk culture program to increase awareness on risk among all staff. About the RoleSupport product development process by having a clear product requirement about product rules, process flow and every possible scenario and coordinating all relevant parties whom involving in system readiness both users and IT team to ensure the new product initiative are ready by the launch date and including the Day 2 items completion, if any.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:Propose inputs to supervisor to be discussed with the Product Specialist on the detailed product rules & transaction process flow of the new product feature or new product benefit including potential scenarios variations happen. This will provide clarity for both users in defining their detailed requirements & test cases and for IT in system setup. Check the draft of product spec and policy data document to obtain review the supervisor before it is shared to IT and users.Work closely with IT team to set timeline & monitor the progress of system readiness to avoid delay of product launch.Held in-depth discussion with Users and IT team to align understanding of the new product’s feature and benefit. About The RoleThe role is responsible to ensure the implementation and compliance of Group Information Security Standard and ISMS policies, while meeting local regulatory requirements (OJK, PDP Law) and aligning with international frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001:2022, NIST CSF 2.0). Act as the local focal point for security governance, risk management, incident response, and regulatory engagement.
Key responsibilities:1) Governance, Risk & ComplianceLocalize and enforce Group Information Security Standard and ISMS policies across the BU; map controls to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Annex A (93 controls) and maintain the Statement of Applicability (SoA).Ensure a risk management program consistent with NIST CSF 2.0 and Group governance framework, covering governance, supply‑chain risk, and measurable outcomes.Ensure compliance with OJK Regulation No. 4/POJK.05/2021 (IT risk management for non‑bank financial institutions/insurance) and Indonesia PDP Law, reconciling any gaps between local regulations and Group standards.Act as liaison between Group CISO Office and local BU for policy interpretation, exceptions, and risk acceptance processes.2) Control Implementation & AssuranceEnsure technical and procedural controls are aligned to Group Information Security Standard, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Annex A, and NIST CSF 2.0.Coordinate with Group Security Operations team for SOC, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, ensuring localization for Indonesia regulatory reporting.Support internal audits, external certification, and regulator inquiries; track remediation and risk acceptance with clear KPIs.3) Incident Response & Business ContinuityMaintain BU incident response playbooks; ensure cross-border coordination with Group Security Operations team for escalations and evidence preservation.Ensure Test and improve BCP/DR capabilities to meet local resiliency and OJK expectations.4) Third‑Party & Cloud Risk ManagementEnsure risk assessments and ongoing assurance for vendors and cloud providers, consistent with Group Standard and OJK outsourcing guidance.Ensure cloud architectures is validated against ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and Group requirements.5) Secure Product & Data LifecycleEnsure security-by-design is embedded for digital insurance services; ensure compliance with OJK digital insurance regulations and Group security principles.Oversee data classification, retention, and deletion per PDP Law and Group standards.6) Awareness & CultureDeliver targeted security awareness programs aligned with Group Information Security Standard, ISO, and NIST frameworks.Provide regular risk posture and compliance updates to BU leadership and Group CISO.
