What you will be doing? Supervise and ensure all accounting recording processes are carried out accurately and in a timely mannerPrepare and review general journals, general ledgers, and periodic financial reportsCoordinate and oversee monthly and yearly closing processesReview reconciliations of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accountsEnsure timely payments to vendors and collections from customersCoordinate with internal teams, overseas parties, auditors, and other external stakeholdersEnsure all financial records and reports comply with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations in the respective countryAnalyze financial reports to support management decision-makingIdentify and improve work process efficiency while ensuring proper implementation of SOPs
The qualifications we need:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/FinanceMinimum 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in a Senior or Supervisor positionAble to prepare and analyze financial statementsStrong leadership, communication, and coordination skillsDetail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlinesProficient in English, both written and spoken, especially for communication with overseas teamsProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (SAP, Accurate, or others)Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsAble to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
