    Job DescriptionExecute marketing strategies and policies in alignment with company directives and under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager – Commercial Heavy EquipmentDevelop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners (dealers, insurance companies) and customers to support portfolio growthConduct comprehensive credit surveys of prospective debtors and prepare detailed reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory standardsEnsure accurate and complete completion of credit application documentation from prospective debtorsVerify and ensure the completeness of all required credit application documents prior to submissionOversee and monitor the end-to-end credit application process through to final credit approvalPerform collateral appraisals for primary (used units) and/or additional collateral (vehicles/used equipment) in accordance with established valuation standardsCommunicate credit decisions effectively to business partners and prospective debtorsCoordinate and facilitate the execution of credit agreement signings by all relevant partiesMonitor disbursement processes, product payments, and refunds to business partners to ensure accuracy and timelinessTrack and analyze debtor payment performance using AR aging tools throughout the loan tenure, and proactively develop solutions to ensure timely repayment and portfolio quality.

    Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall network strategy, architecture, and operations to ensure a secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure.Network Strategy & Architecture: Define and execute a 3–5 year roadmap covering data center, branch (WAN/SD-WAN), and cloud (GCP/hybrid) environments, driving standardization and automation.Operations & Reliability: Ensure 99.9%+ network availability; oversee LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, firewalls, and load balancers; lead monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.Security & Compliance: Enforce Zero Trust principles, network segmentation, and security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS); ensure compliance with ISO 27001/27701 and PCI DSS.Data Center & DR: Align network design with data center strategy (active-active/passive) and ensure readiness for disaster recovery and failover.Vendor & Cost Management: Manage vendors (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Telco) and optimize network and cloud costs, including contract negotiation and capacity planning.Leadership & Governance: Lead and develop engineering teams, define standards and SOPs, and provide executive reporting on KPIs, risks, and roadmap progress.
    Experience, Requirements & SkillsStrong expertise in IT infrastructure, networking (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, VXLAN), and L2/L3 designExperience with data center fabric (spine-leaf) and high availability architectureHands-on in security networking: firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto), VPN (IPSec/SSL), NAC, and Zero TrustExperience in GCP networking: VPC, peering, load balancing, and hybrid connectivity (VPN/Interconnect)Familiar with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace) and automation (Python, Ansible preferred)10–15+ years of networking experience, including 5+ years in leadership rolesExperience in large-scale enterprise networks and multi-data center environmentsBackground in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
