Alternative Platforms Manager
Job DescriptionHands-on role responsible for repurposing long-form finance content into short-form assets and managing distribution across alternative/social platforms.
Key responsibilitiesClip long-form content into short-form clips for alternative platformsCreate captions, thumbnails/text-overlays, and multiple post variants for each clipPrepare bulk posting packages and manage mass-post workflows for Facebook and other platformsSchedule posts or provide ready-to-upload files to publishing VAs/toolsMaintain caption libraries, templates, hashtag lists, and posting calendarsPerform QA on assets to ensure formatting, branding, and financial accuracy/complianceMonitor basic performance metrics and implement simple optimizations
Requirements2+ years hands-on experience repurposing content and producing short-form social assetsProficiency with clipping/editing tools (Descript, CapCut, Premiere, VEED, or similar)Experience with scheduling/mass-post workflows and familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similarStrong content-creation skills: captions, thumbnails, text overlays, and format adaptationExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand compliance guidelines
