Reporting LineReports to: Khiri Travel Indonesia General ManagerWorks in close partnership with: Sales, Contracting, Operations, Finance, and relevant Khiri Core teams.
Key Accountabilities
Own and develop assigned key account partnerships to drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term strategic value.Identify commercial opportunities within assigned markets and convert them into measurable revenue and margin results.Provide commercial leadership within the Creative Team for assigned accounts, co-developing product innovation aligned with client demand, market trends, profitability targets, and Khiri standards.Ensure competitive pricing, margin control, and financial discipline across assigned accounts.Provide cross-functional coordination and influence across Sales, Operations, Product & Contracting, and Accounting, Sales, Contracting, Operations and Finance to ensure aligned execution and delivery excellence.Maintain strong supplier relationships and support value-driven negotiations in collaboration with the Contracting team.Monitor workflow performance and ensure timely, high-quality proposal development and service delivery.Proactively close the feedback loop between Sales and Operations to improve efficiency, product relevance, and client satisfaction.Act as a professional ambassador for Khiri Travel, reinforcing brand reputation and responsible travel principles in all partner interactions.

What we’re looking for
● Bachelor degree, preferably in Tourism, Business or Communications● Minimum 2 years in-depth experience in the luxury travel segment with proven track record● Excellent English skills (written and conversation) with a second European language an advantage● Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and in person with both teams and a variety of partners● Highly organized with the ability to help organize others● High-energy and decisive personality
