    Role DescriptionWe are currently expanding our presence in Jakarta and are seeking high-quality educators to join Mentoro’s premium tutor network.This role focuses on supporting students from leading international and bilingual schools across Jakarta through in-home and online tutoring, delivering personalized and results-driven learning experiences.Tutors will work closely with students following Cambridge, IB, and Pearson curricula, providing academic support, exam preparation, and structured lesson planning aligned with each student’s school requirements.In Jakarta, we are particularly looking for tutors who are:Available for in-home tutoring sessions in key areas (South Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and surrounding neighborhoods)Comfortable delivering premium, parent-facing servicesAble to build strong relationships with families and represent Mentoro as a high-end education providerIn addition to teaching, tutors are expected to:Provide brief progress updates to parentsMaintain high standards of professionalism and punctualityAdapt lessons to individual student needs and learning styles
